Soumaya Khalifa - How to Present Islam in the Workplace

As founder and Executive Director of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta (ISB), Ms. Soumaya Khalifa has an array of corporate and non-profit experience. Her professional background in human resources, diversity and talent management for several Fortune 100 companies helped in starting and growing the ISB. Through the leadership of Ms. Khalifa, the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta volunteers have presented to thousands in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas about Islam and Muslims. The presentations and workshops are interactive and help bring a better understanding of how practicing American Muslims live their lives. (http://www.isbatlanta.org/about-us/leadership)

Hud Williams - Responding to Conflict

Mr. Hud Williams experience includes 5 years of consulting clients with PwC and IBM; two years working at the ADAMS Islamic Center, and 2 years researching and working for the top shariah-compliant home financing company, Guidance Residential. Academically, he holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Old Dominion University, where he was the recipient of the Kaufman Award, the highest student honor at Old Dominion University. In May 2009, Mr. William completed his MBA at GA Tech, where his concentrations were Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. From June 2010 to June 2011 Mr. Williams studied at the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance. He has also completed two of three parts of the Islamic Finance Professional certificate. He is currently working with AT&T in their Corporate Finance Leadership Program.

Ehab Jaleel - Leadership Skills

Mr. Ehab Jaleel received degrees in Applied Psychology and Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Prior to serving as the Executive Director at Amana Academy, he was a Senior Marketing Manager at the Coca-Cola Company. He has 20 years of professional experience in launching new ventures, marketing, and project/people management at Coca-Cola and General Electric. Mr. Jaleel has been active in the community and has served on non-profit boards for over 10 years. He currently serves on the Board of the Georgia Charter Schools Association and on the Education Committee for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
