The Norcross Presbyterian Church has joined hands with Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (GA Chapter) by hosting a Muslims for Life blood drive in honor of 9/11 victims and to emphasize the sanctity of life, a teaching inherent in all religious traditions.
This blood drive on October 27 has brought Christian and Muslim Neighbors together in commemoration of lives lost on 9/11 as part of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community's national campaign "Muslims for Life".
This third annual campaign was launched on August 11, 2013 and is targeting to collect 12,000 pints of blood nationwide to help save up to 36,000 lives.
