Asalaamu Alaikum!

Insha'Allah with Ramadan approaching we pray Allah (swt) allows us to fully reap the rewards of the blessed month. Insha'Allah a few of us are coordinating a feed the less fortunate breakfast/brunch during Ramadan and would love your participation. food ,water, juice etc. will be gladly appreciated.

"(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captive for the love of God, saying: 'We feed you for the sake of God Alone; we seek from you neither reward nor thanks.'" - The Holy Quran, 76:8-9

The idea is for it to be a pot luck style event with everyone preparing a dish. InshaAllah this method allows us to have a lot of food without anyone exerting too much energy. Attached a link to a Google document that tracks who will be bringing what item below. Volunteers will be needed to serve, set up, and clean up so if you are interested in doing so sign up in the Google document below was well. JazakAllahu Khair for any effort contributed towards feeding of the less fortunate.
