The Roswell Community Masjid is pleased to announce the start of "Essentials," a new program for sisters.

The program's purpose is to allow sisters to learn Qur'an Reading with Tajweed in a simplified manner.

Lessons are built around the Noraniyah Method of teaching reading and tajweed.

This program is flexible and allows students of any level, including those with no prior knowledge of the Arabic language, to learn, practice, and improve their skills.

Class structure and times:
Noraniyah lessons using the Noraniyah book.
Arabic vocabulary and basic conjugation through a study of a collection of Dua'a.[For Sisters who consider Arabic as their second language]
In depth Tajweed. [For Sisters who consider Arabic as their native language]

Classes run:

Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00-10:30
Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:45-12:15
Sundays from 2:30-4:00

Students may choose between the Sunday or Weekday classes.

Evaluation for all students is on Sunday August 30th at 6:00.
Class assignment is based on level of student.
