The film ‘Jews and Muslims: Intimate Strangers’ is a four part film series that tells the history of Muslim-Jewish relations from the 7th century through today. Using the generous grants provided, we hope to create a series of programs that explore our many similarities and differences. Each program will include: a tour of the venue a traditional meal a 50 minute film screening facilitated table conversation to explore dialogue between the two communities.

Programs will be geographically relevant to enable cross-sections of both communities to participate; two events will be held in a synagogue and two will be held in a mosque.
