The Atlantic Institute and Go Eat Give have partnered together host a series of speakers to raise awareness of intercultural beliefs around the world. The focus of this particular series is Islam around the World. The third event of the series will host Kemal Korucu, Director of Interfaith Affairs with Atlantic Institute as he explains the commonalities and differences between Islam and Sufi religions.
The event will take place in the Atlantic Institute Office located in Two Midtown Plaza, Suite 1010 (10th floor).
About the Speaker:
Mr. Kemal Korucu was born in Turkey and came to the United States as a teenager. He received a BS in Computer Science from Georgia State University and started a software development company where he still serves as its President. Kemal has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations in Georgia, including Istanbul Center & Atlantic Institute, where he currently serves as its Vice President. Kemal volunteers for interfaith dialogue activities whenever possible, and lives with his family in the North Fulton area.
