Aysha Siddiqui is a trained counselor and works with families, moms, dads, stay home and working parents, mompreneurs, and small business owners to find a balance in their lives by overcoming daily struggles. She believes that each family and each individual is unique and so are their struggles, challenges in life. Therefore, a ‘one size fits all’ formula will not be effective for people who want to overcome unique challenges.
This workshop aims at tackling one such challenge that each one of us face, if not every day, then maybe most of the days - "work is piling up, it’s 4pm and I still haven’t cooked dinner! I wish I had ‘more time’ to spend with my kids or meet with friends or maybe read the book that’s been lying on my bedside for weeks now."
