Please bring all of the documents concerning your legal issue to the clinic For Citizenship Application: ● 2 Passport Style Photos ● Green Card ● Driver's license ● All your passports ● Social Security Card ● most recent tax return ● Employment & Residence History for Past 5 Years ● Personal Check or Money Order for $680 made out to USCIS.
