East Africa is facing the worst droughts the world has seen in a long time. If water is not provided to them immediately, more than 20 million people in East Africa will face starvation. With the threat of starvation, malnutrition, water borne diseases, and death looming overhead, the citizens of these countries are relying on the international community to stand together and send aid. The world can not wait to see hundreds dying due to famine and drought before collectively doing something.

As a result, Helping Hand for Relief and Development has announced a million dollar goal and has organized this fundraiser in order to achieve that goal. We encourage everyone to attend and donate generously to the cause.

The event will feature renowned speakers Imam Suhaib Webb and Dr. Abdul Hakim Mohamed. Tickets for the event are $10 and can be purchased online at hhrd.org or at the door.
