SEEMA invites all volunteers that are passionate about advocating mental health awareness in their local community. SEEMA is also looking for local psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, life coaches, etc. to join our team of professionals.

We will discuss upcoming events and how you can take part in advocating suicide prevention, mental health awareness, as well as eradicating the stigma on mental health.

This opportunity is open to all ages, gender, race, and religion. Below is a list of opportunities to volunteer in, but not limited to:

- social media management
- event planning and coordinating
- community outreach
- graphic designing & video editing
- writing for content, articles, etc.
