Position Description

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and staff development. He/she must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate outstanding leadership with ability to delegate tasks.

Requirements

-must have 3-5 years of experience working in hotel management
OR must have 5-7 years of experience working in a hotel
-can work independently with little to no supervision
-ability to delegate tasks to hotel staff
-marketing experience preferred, but not required

Salary

$28,000-$32,000 dependent upon experience
